We should have got together more often - Andy was good at seeing the funny side of things and putting in a wry comment when called for. Our last conversations were about the recent irruption of white tailed sea eagles in Buckinghamshire and sourcing the right pump for my garden pond (not many people I know have such a broad range of subjects to talk about!).
